I liked the music, the Earthbound soundtrack particularly represented Mays' fun and happy appearance, and what we are told his life was like. The problem is that when you click "Replay", the music stops completely instead of simply restarting. The simple alternative is to just refresh the page, or simply turn the display Flash button off and then on again.
The idea was nice, instead of a single frame "Billy Mays, born XXXX died 2009" tombstone, you went with a display on who Mays was better than, a unique idea (especially working in the Fulps and Michael Jackson, a decision that may have been a bit risky to your score in the eyes of some).
That said, despite being a slideshow, the animation was little-to-none. It was a decent amount under the time constraint of getting a tribute out today, but not enough to warrant a full ten stars.
All in all, it was a decent tribute, could use the improvement of an increase in time and effort, but the thought and heart was there. You get a thumbs up from me. :)

Thanks for the honest review. Yes, some people have already complained about using the Fulps, though, while I'm still a fan of the Fulps, they aren't as great as Billy Mays was. And I did throw this together pretty quickly, plus I haven't done much work in Flash in over a year, so I'm a bit rusty as well. Thanks.

The art of this game was visually appealing, and the jazzy music fit the scene well. Little Wheel even was able to give off an aura of a character, I imagine he is a tad clumsy, but always tries to do the right thing, and flash games don't always make it easy to create a character beyond a sprite.
The length was just right for what this game was intended as, a fast game. It took maybe between five and ten minutes, although I wasn't counting.
My problem with this game, however, is that I feel like I didn't get anything out of it. It was visually appealing, yes, but it was a stretch from what I'd consider fun, perhaps because just about everything was pointed out to the player. I was expecting from the artful style that Little Wheel was on a quest as part of a larger metaphor, but the ending revealed a simpler purpose, which was disappointing, although that may have meaning, as well. I can see that this was posted by a company instead of the actual authors, but improvements would include upping the challenge a bit, and perhaps giving Little Wheel a bigger mission next time. Simple isn't always bad, as brilliant animations like Jerry have shown us, but Little Wheel leaves some to be desired.

I miss the Shades Gang... Damn life keeping me busy with crap. D:
Nice flash, by the way. The animation style is great, and you two work great together. As you've said, you're getting back into Flash, which means it'll take a while before you're earning 10's and 5's, but this all in all a nice flash.
